Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service issued six Notices requesting public input

On October 5, Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service issued six Notices requesting public input on key climate and energy tax incentives in the Inflation Reduction Act along with a fact sheet providing background on the implementation process. Treasury stated that the Notices provide “an early way for stakeholders to submit information that can help inform Treasury and the IRS’s work.”
